📋 Description

• Oversee translation projects for electronic clinical trial solutions, managing timelines, deliverables, budgets, and project specifications.

• Liaise with clients, translation providers, and cross-functional teams to deliver updates, manage expectations, and tackle project issues.

• Facilitate translation workflows, which include developing screenshots, proofreading, quality assurance, vendor coordination, and resolving technical challenges.

• Assist with linguistic validation processes, regulatory submission requirements, licensing coordination, and translation-related change orders.

• Maintain project trackers and documentation, monitor project advancement, and contribute to process enhancements while ensuring adherence to applicable quality and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project management, or related fields.

• A solid understanding of project management fundamentals, including planning, task coordination, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to cultivate positive relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.

• Capability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and work effectively in a deadline-oriented environment.

• A proactive approach to learning, receptiveness to feedback, eagerness to take initiative, and the ability to acquire new skills.

• Capacity to work remotely within the United States while maintaining adherence to Eastern Time Zone business hours.

• Familiarity with clinical trials, regulated environments, software development, or translation processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
