This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee translation projects for electronic clinical trial solutions by managing timelines, deliverables, budgets, and project specifications.

• Engage with clients, translation vendors, and cross-functional teams to provide updates, set expectations, and tackle project challenges.

• Facilitate translation workflows, which include developing screenshots, proofreading, quality assurance, vendor coordination, and resolving technical issues.

• Aid in linguistic validation tasks, regulatory submission processes, licensing coordination, and managing translation-related change orders.

• Keep project trackers and documentation updated, monitor project advancement, and contribute to process enhancements while ensuring adherence to relevant quality and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• 0–2 years of pertinent experience in project coordination, project management, or similar functions.

• Familiarity with project management principles, including planning, task coordination, timeline oversight, and stakeholder communication.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to foster positive relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.

• Competence in managing competing priorities, adapting to changing requirements, and thriving in a deadline-oriented environment.

• A proactive learning attitude, openness to feedback, and a willingness to take initiative and acquire new skills.

• Ability to work remotely within the United States while adhering to Eastern Time Zone business hours.
