Project Manager, Technology Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee various client-facing software implementation projects and associated technology services engagements.

• Create detailed project and resource plans.

• Establish project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource distribution.

• Guide project teams from initiation to delivery.

• Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

• Track project scope and associated risks.

• Actively identify, escalate, and resolve issues impacting schedule, cost, or performance.

• Serve as the main day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients.

• Cultivate strong client relationships from analysts to executive levels.

• Deliver clear, timely, and transparent status updates.

• Manage client expectations and handle escalations effectively.

• Promote a respectful, collaborative, and solution-focused team atmosphere.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.

• PMP certification is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Over 10 years of relevant experience in software implementation or program/project management within IT/software delivery environments.

• Experience in the P&C insurance sector is preferred.

• Proficient in MS Project and other project management tools; ClickUp is preferred.

• Familiarity with policy administration, claims management, and vendor solutions like Insurity, Majesco, Guidewire, Duck Creek, etc.

• Strong leadership abilities, capable of influencing without direct authority.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable working independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative setting.

• Ability to adjust to changing priorities and timelines.

• Willingness to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.

• Technologically adept with a capacity to learn and navigate various external and internal systems.

• Must reside full-time in the United States.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
