Project Manager – Strong GoHighLevel Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee various client projects from initiation to completion.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients concerning updates, timelines, and expectations.

• Facilitate project kickoffs and conduct regular progress meetings.

• Identify potential project risks, address roadblocks, and communicate effective solutions.

• Ensure projects stay on schedule, within defined scope, and in alignment with client goals.

• Monitor project health and client satisfaction levels.

• Review and manage GoHighLevel builds, which include automations, workflows, funnels, websites, CRM and pipeline setups, calendars, appointment booking systems, forms, surveys, memberships, products, and messaging automations.

• Provide technical support for complex issues related to GoHighLevel.

• Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards prior to client handoff.

• Assist with CRM migrations and integration initiatives.

• Assign and prioritize tasks for technical specialists.

• Coordinate workloads and track team performance along with pending deliverables.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflows and operational efficiency.

• Conduct final reviews, maintain project documentation, and monitor milestones using project management software.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of Project Management experience, ideally in a digital marketing or agency setting.

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience with GoHighLevel.

• Strong grasp of workflows and automations, funnels and websites, CRM and pipelines, calendars and appointment systems, memberships and products, client sub-accounts, and SaaS Mode.

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently while juggling competing priorities.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• A reliable internet connection and a workspace free from distractions.

• Experience managing remote teams is a plus.

• Familiarity with Basecamp, ClickUp, Asana, or similar project management tools is a bonus.

• Experience with Zapier or other third-party integrations is advantageous.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

• Experience with CRM migrations from platforms such as HubSpot, Kajabi, ClickFunnels, Calendly, or Mailchimp is beneficial.

• Previous experience in a white-label or digital marketing agency is a plus.
