This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead cross-functional teams, develop delivery plans, and coordinate tasks with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure that startup launches align with client expectations as well as financial and operational goals.
• Promote collaboration, identify potential risks, manage mitigation strategies, and provide clear guidance.
• Oversee startup governance, communication, and stakeholder meetings, including decision-making, action plans, status updates, and issue resolution.
• Assist startup teams and clients in navigating challenges towards successful outcomes.
• Employ project management processes and tools to ensure launches are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Opportunity Architects, and Proposal Generation teams regarding solution development, startup timelines, and Gantt chart creation.
• Manage client expectations and escalate issues when additional support is necessary.
• Organize, conduct, and lead both internal and external startup meetings.
• Prepare department startup leads for meetings while identifying gaps and risks.
• Oversee startups using structured processes and tools, such as Smartsheet.
• Provide updates on stakeholder status and manage the startup cadence.
• Create high-level delivery plans, identify tasks, manage timelines, and report on upcoming activities.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure program launches are executed on time and within budget.
• Support program remediation and enhancement initiatives.
• Provide interim program management across the enterprise as required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of management or supervisory experience, including hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and mentoring.
• Strong proficiency in financial management.
• At least five years of experience in the energy efficiency sector.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Capacity to manage diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and adept at prioritizing workload.
• Capability to identify and resolve project issues in collaboration with clients, partners, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with project management software.
• Strong data entry skills in tracking systems and databases.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
• Competence in analyzing and interpreting data and addressing practical problems.
• Familiarity with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios.
• Preferred experience in lighting, HVAC, and other technologies utilized in residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
