This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Drive and achieve growth through strategic pre-project planning, ongoing oversight, and timely completion of Mega and other key projects.
• Act as the link between customer project teams, regional commercial and operational teams, and the SA support organization.
• Engage with customer project influencers and decision-makers to enhance project success.
• Build and manage relationships with top-tier customer project field personnel, including Project Managers, Field Purchasing, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with National Account Managers and customers to gain early insights into project scope.
• Provide visibility and communication concerning equipment, assets, inventory management, budgets, resources, and progress.
• Facilitate communication with regional commercial and operations teams.
• Support the development of new National Account prospects at project sites.
• Assist with project-related asset and supply chain needs, planning, and potential CAPEX.
• Develop solutions-based technical selling from the project perspective.
• Manage ongoing interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment across Airgas servicing teams.
• Coordinate precise and timely jobsite setups and closures with Central Services.
• Support the ALTEC Jobsite Skid program.
• Align Total Access with customer project teams and servicing regions.
• Align Red D Arc with equipment opportunities.
• Align Supply Chain Solutions with Connex and/or Vending opportunities.
• Gather data and manage the Power BI database for similar projects and future planning.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM for customer, project, and opportunity management.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5-8 years of experience in project management, construction, and related fields.
• Experience overseeing projects throughout their entire life cycle.
• Strong grasp of welding acumen, processes, procedures, and related supplies.
• Proven track record of completing projects according to defined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Excellent analytical abilities.
• Practical knowledge and ability to use Power BI, Google Sheets/Excel, and similar tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
• Sales experience.
• Strong operational and sales understanding is highly preferred.
