Project Manager – Software, Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet success criteria.

• Conduct Agile ceremonies and advocate for Scrum best practices.

• Monitor sprint progress, assess risks, and create strategies for mitigation.

• Assist with pre-sales activities and the definition of project scope.

• Encourage collaboration, accountability, and a culture of high performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in project management.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and facilitation abilities.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Office 365.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

• CSM or PMP certification is advantageous.
