This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist with internal project-level contingencies that require a field presence, such as consents, LOAs, compound expansions, and rooftops.
• Oversee complex market permitting and challenge site acquisition vendor forecast dates to ensure accurate zoning and permitting timelines.
• Manage all aspects of deployment activities, including site acquisition, leasing, due diligence, architectural and engineering services, zoning, permitting, project management, construction services, deployment meetings, and closeout packages.
• Act as the market-level contact for customer escalations and engage in deployment meetings and calls.
• Deliver precise updates on customer priorities, project status, forecasts, aging, and resolution of issues.
• Generate weekly market-level gap analysis reports.
• Maintain a clear understanding of assigned customer expectations, priorities, coverage objectives, timelines, equipment, systems, processes, and project volume.
• Utilize knowledge of ATC contracts, including service scope, pricing, service-level commitments, MLA fees, and bucket rights.
• Ensure precise end-to-end project and market forecast dates in SiterraUS and customer systems.
• Collaborate with and hold cross-functional teams accountable for forecasts and deliverables.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Planning, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent work experience is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the wireless site development industry, including project management and vendor management experience.
• Proven expertise in managing wireless site development professionals through network deployment projects, site acquisition, or construction management.
• Travel of approximately 40% may be necessary.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks for oneself and the team to meet requirements and deadlines.
• Capability to work effectively and professionally with various functional groups and employee levels.
• Strong leadership abilities to drive and motivate a team toward achieving results.
