This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
β’ Oversee the Site Acquisition process within the Seattle region.
β’ Assist in the Site Acquisition process and help manage contracts and leases for chosen sites.
β’ Negotiate real estate development agreements from inception to completion, encompassing strategy formulation, negotiation of business terms, and support during comprehensive legal negotiations.
β’ Serve as a vital member of the Site Acquisitions team, contributing to the development of growth strategies for targeted markets.
β’ Execute a strategic plan while collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as product teams, energy, fiber, design, construction, legal, and tax.
β’ Comprehend the technical needs of engineering teams and create solutions that align with design and business objectives.
β’ Prepare and deliver transaction summaries to the senior management team concerning progress, financial approvals, and overall deal costs and benefits.
β’ Manage multiple intricate contract negotiations concurrently.
β’ Provide lease and permit approvals for various sites related to network integration, obtaining permits, approvals, and entitlements from local, state, and federal authorities, as well as securing entitlements and leases, municipal approvals, civil reviews, and utility coordination while liaising with landlords, property owners, and developers.
β’ Proven experience in land use, contract and lease review, and abstraction.
β’ A background that encompasses experience in real estate, development, business, financial, strategic, and technical operations or management.
β’ Proven experience and capability to negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts for real estate and infrastructure transactions.
β’ Ability to think strategically about business, market, and technical challenges, with the expertise to develop and communicate compelling value strategy plans.
β’ Experience in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating the financial analysis of prospective deal structures.
β’ Strong negotiation skills, including legal document review and negotiation in collaboration with legal counsel.
β’ 5-10 years of experience in project management within a Site Acquisition environment.
