Project Manager – Security Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Serve as the Physical Security Point of Contact for EV-charging initiatives from initial concept to final execution.

• Develop and uphold comprehensive project schedules.

• Coordinate security deliverables and installations with construction and project timelines.

• Prioritize cost management whenever feasible.

• Obtain approvals for designs, identification of risk levels, planning for security personnel, and hardware modifications.

• Ensure installations comply with global physical security standards, which encompass access control, surveillance, perimeter security, and monitoring.

• Oversee project delivery across various locations in the US and EMEA.

• Recognize obstacles and escalate issues to leadership along with proposed solutions.

• Manage interactions with architects, engineers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

• Monitor critical milestones and prevent deviations from the schedule.

• Ensure that project governance, processes, systems, and best practices are consistently applied.

• Generate formal project status updates and other necessary reports.

• Supervise multiple construction projects to guarantee adherence to approved design standards.

• Handle supplier interactions through monthly trackers and weekly reviews.

• Promote the flow of project information through meetings and written communication.

• Anticipate and revise key project milestones.

• Independently evaluate status reports, drawing submissions, timelines, and costs.

• Assist in managing client relationships and maximizing new opportunities.

• Provide guidance to project teams on strategies that meet client and business objectives.

• Document project information and lessons learned.

• Identify enhancements to internal systems and processes.

• Comply with applicable SOX control responsibilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field in construction.

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Strong organizational and management capabilities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with the broader team.

• Proficient presentation skills.

• Expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management software.

• Excellent communication skills.
