Project Manager, SC Implementations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Set achievable goals and implement action plans to accomplish objectives for new business initiatives.

• Lead and guide project team members to ensure adherence to established standards, procedures, and guidelines.

• Ensure the availability of financial, material, and human resources necessary for successful project completion.

• Assess progress to identify limitations or issues, seeking solutions for a more efficient process.

• Create internal and external communication strategies to facilitate interaction between different departments and clients.

• Employ specialized tools and techniques to delegate tasks effectively and ensure equitable distribution among project team members.

• Engage in educational programs to enhance job knowledge and expand professional networks.

• Inspire team members to achieve project objectives by effectively fulfilling their responsibilities.

• Provide effective solutions to achieve targets and meet client expectations.

• Oversee all aspects of projects, including planning, communication, risk assessment, and resource management.

• Foster a collaborative and enjoyable work environment that encourages effective creative thinking.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline or equivalent relevant work or military experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in operations, preferably within manufacturing or logistics.

• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

• Background in project management.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
