Project Manager – SAP CPQ

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct SAP CPQ and enterprise IT projects from start to finish.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

• Create, sustain, and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

• Monitor the progress of projects and ensure adherence to established project management methodologies and governance frameworks.

• Coordinate efforts among internal teams, business users, SAP consultants, and external vendors to achieve project goals.

• Identify, evaluate, and proactively address project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, steering committee discussions, and communication with stakeholders.

• Track project performance using key metrics and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.

• Manage change requests, scope alterations, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure the successful delivery of SAP CPQ implementations, enhancements, integrations, and support initiatives.

• Promote ongoing improvement of project management processes, methodologies, and delivery standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10–18 years of experience in managing large-scale IT projects.

• Strong expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Strong capabilities in risk management, issue resolution, and escalation management.

• Experience leading distributed and remote teams across various geographies.

• Practical experience in delivering SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) projects.

• Understanding of SAP CPQ implementation, configuration, integrations, and business processes.

• Experience in coordinating with SAP functional and technical teams.

• Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Configure-Price-Quote business processes.

• Familiarity with SAP ecosystem integrations and enterprise application landscapes.

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
