This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.

• Work in collaboration with engineering, design, QA, and DevOps teams to enhance workflow efficiency and communication.

• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and deliverables.

• Track project performance, identify risks or challenges, and implement effective solutions.

• Communicate with blockchain developers to clarify technical requirements and prioritize tasks accordingly.

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare reports for stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience in project management within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or gaming industries.

• Strong understanding of blockchain basics, including smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and blockchain protocols.

• Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects at once.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with diverse remote teams and stakeholders.

• Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to create innovative solutions.

• Familiarity with Ethereum, Solana, or BNB Chain, DeFi concepts, and gaming economics is an asset.

• Experience with artificial intelligence applications or data-driven technology products is a plus.

• Insights into online gaming or casino-related products are beneficial.

• A technical background in smart contract development or blockchain architecture is advantageous.
