Data Ambassador – Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of project and program management initiatives

• Address challenges and enhance team capabilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for ICON services on behalf of the Sponsor

• Oversee the daily execution of studies

• Attend Sponsor meetings as a representative of ICON

• Manage 10-15 studies in compliance with Good Clinical Practice

• Communicate study advancements to Sponsors in a professional and responsible manner

• Provide Sponsors with regular management updates

• Offer ICOLAB assistance to sponsor personnel

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area such as life sciences or healthcare

• Prior experience in project management in a laboratory or clinical research environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of representing the company at sponsor meetings

• Proficient in managing multiple studies simultaneously while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to effectively handle study documentation and timelines

• Extensive project and program management experience

• Capable of prioritizing competing demands and fostering team development

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located
