This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure adherence to established release process maps, executing them effectively.
• Collaborate with Product & Technology and Operations teams to oversee release activities.
• Monitor and report on release readiness, execution status, and post-release results.
• Identify and escalate risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies that could impact release success.
• Evaluate the impact of releases on frontline teams and prepare them for changes.
• Ensure clients are informed, trained, and ready for system and process updates.
• Work with Implementation, Client Services, and Operations support teams to meet client needs.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and collect feedback from both internal and client sources.
• Create client-facing readiness materials, such as FAQs, guides, webinars, and training sessions.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to facilitate client transitions.
• Develop and circulate communications regarding upcoming changes.
• Collaborate with Training teams to design and deliver training materials and sessions.
• Maintain release documentation, FAQs, and support guides.
• Conduct post-release evaluations to enhance future processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in change management or equivalent experience in leading cross-functional projects.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and propel initiatives forward.
• A curious and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to seek feedback and tackle challenges.
• Proficient in documenting observations, risks, and concerns while translating them into actionable recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders in Sales, Implementation, Client Services, GTM, Tax Operations, and Tech Operations.
• Ability to lead operational-readiness discussions with Sales, Operations, and Product teams.
• Knowledge of internal client service experiences.
• Strong presentation skills, with the capability to clearly summarize work and next steps.
• Proven relationship-building and networking skills.
• High levels of accountability and autonomy.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex operational challenges using data-driven methods.
• Understanding of project management principles, release management, and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with product development processes, customer experience, Client Services, and Implementation operations.
• Capability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours a day.
• Proficient in operating computers and phone systems, typing, and utilizing multiple software programs simultaneously.
