This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Facilitate the development and implementation of customer enterprise solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Collaborate with clients to identify their priorities and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional Adobe delivery teams to design, implement, and expand solutions.
• Work in conjunction with consulting teams, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and systems integrator partners.
• Take ownership of program delivery and acceptance in accordance with statements of work.
• Define and document project scopes, requirements, and integration points.
• Manage delivery processes, including scope, change requests, tasks, deliverables, resources, and budgeting.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Articulate Adobe capabilities and their long-term value to business.
• Address complex customer issues and coordinate solutions across commercial, support, and product teams.
• Oversee project standards, communication, organizational change, and foundational activities from inception to completion.
• Direct internal and external communications and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
• Gather customer requests, deployment issues, and feedback for product channels.
• Support work tracks involving subcontractors and technology partners.
• Conduct post-mortem analyses and share lessons learned with Adobe Consulting.
• Predict revenue, bill rates, and resource utilization across projects.
• Address issues and provide leadership across sales, services, and product teams.
• Identify new consulting opportunities and drive account growth alongside Sales.
• Inspire and motivate the project team.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing Project Management position.
• Proven experience leading teams through intricate technical implementations.
• Experience managing a substantial services budget exceeding $500k.
• Direct experience with Adobe marketing products such as Experience Manager, Experience Cloud, Marketo, Analytics, Target, Commerce, Workfront, Customer Data Platform, or Journey Optimizer.
• Ability to comprehend the implications of technical changes and articulate high-level technical solutions for business challenges.
• Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution abilities.
• Exceptional presentation and reporting skills.
• Professional demeanor with the capability to lead diverse teams.
• Effective communication with account managers, directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs.
• Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Skills in conflict resolution and negotiation.
• Understanding of custom software development processes and engagement methodologies.
• Practical experience in managing agile development projects is an advantage.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with various partners.
• Capacity to build relationships and create opportunities for repeat business.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• A BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
