Project Manager, Power BI – with Decision-Making Authority

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer relationships from the initial kickoff to contract renewal.

• Comprehend customers’ objectives and KPIs, documenting their feedback in ClickUp.

• Ensure visibility of changes in customer metrics.

• Conduct a strategy and roadmap meeting with each customer on a quarterly basis.

• Proactively manage renewals ahead of contract expiration.

• Create follow-on projects based on the established roadmap.

• Deconstruct and prioritize tasks within ClickUp.

• Adhere to deadlines while coordinating with developers and freelancers.

• Provide functional guidance to Power BI developers.

• Raise issues early in cases of dissatisfaction, budget concerns, or potential customer turnover.

⛳️ Requirements

• Lead customer meetings independently.

• Grasp business and financial metrics, communicating confidently with CFOs at their level.

• Read and interpret Power BI reports.

• Consistently meet project deadlines.

• Ideally possess a foundational understanding of DAX and data modeling, or experience in consulting.

• Willingness to engage in sales discussions.

• Focus on customer outcomes rather than just dashboard metrics.
