Project Manager – Permitting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of local permitting regulations across various markets.

• Serve as a reliable consultant, assisting clients in navigating complex approval procedures to achieve prompt and effective results.

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with municipal personnel, collaborating to expedite approval processes.

• Manage multiple permitting projects concurrently, ensuring that each project meets critical milestones and progresses quickly to completion while identifying and addressing potential permitting obstacles.

• Collaborate with internal teams from product, engineering, and leadership to continually enhance Pulley’s platform and improve the client experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in architecture, construction, or permitting.

• Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and permitting procedures, particularly in the Jacksonville, FL area.

• Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to forge strong relationships with clients and municipal officials.

• Proficient in utilizing relevant software tools and adaptable to learning new systems that improve operational efficiency.
