Project Manager Operations – Tenant Electricity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In the role of Project Manager Operations, you serve as the key connection between Sales and Operations.

• You take charge of our tenant electricity projects, guiding them alongside our clients from the planning phase all the way to successful commissioning.

• Independent project execution: You provide expert advice to our clients on the economic and technical aspects of implementation, ensuring that each project progresses smoothly — from planning to commissioning.

• Diverse responsibilities: You clarify the economics of tenant electricity projects, offer guidance on electricity tariffs and contracts, select metering solutions, and manage compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Customer-centric approach: You actively assist our clients and maintain regular communication to ensure that all stakeholders are satisfied and well-informed.

• Stakeholder management: You coordinate a network of clients, partners, grid operators, and internal teams, ensuring that all components work together seamlessly.

• Process and system enhancement: You contribute innovative ideas aimed at the continuous improvement of our processes, ensuring smooth operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong passion for the energy transition along with an interest in the economic and technical facets of the energy sector.

• Experience in project management, preferably within the energy sector (e.g., photovoltaic systems, charging stations) or the real estate industry.

• A degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in German; good English language skills are an advantage.
