Project Manager – Operations, Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Convert briefs into detailed delivery plans and timelines.

• Oversee the entire production pipeline within ClickUp, encompassing briefs, timelines, dependencies, and approvals.

• Keep creative, scripting, casting, production, and post-production teams synchronized regarding deadlines and deliverables.

• Ensure projects adhere to schedules and remain within scope, escalating any bottlenecks as necessary.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including agendas, call notes, summaries, client approvals, and asset delivery checklists.

• Provide clients with organized operational updates on shoot timelines, delivery ETAs, and asset approvals.

• Manage client feedback and revision processes while safeguarding project scope and aligning expectations.

• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify operational obstacles, timeline adjustments, and capacity limitations.

• Recognize delivery risks, workflow efficiencies, and growth opportunities for the Account Manager team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Project Management / Creative Operations experience at a digital agency, performance creative shop, or remote production team.

• Extensive proficiency in ClickUp or comparable agency management tools, including views, custom fields, dependencies, and task workflow tracking.

• Strong understanding of social ad production phases, including briefing, creator casting, video editing, and revisions.

• Familiarity with digital video formats for Meta and TikTok.

• Type-A organizational skills with a strong emphasis on accuracy, deadlines, and proactive communication.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Applicants must possess citizenship or permanent work rights in their primary country of residence.
