Project Manager, Operations – Business Development Management, Digital Wellness App, iOS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will collaborate directly with Stephan, who has dedicated his career to developing automated workflows.

• Completely automate the processes of identifying influencers and affiliates, along with managing negotiations and payments.

• Create strategies to penetrate local markets, conduct penetration testing in one-week sprints, and evaluate the outcomes.

• A key objective of this position will be to establish a system for tracking and measuring results.

• Employ AI tools (such as Claude Code, Design, Cowork, etc.) to fully automate all our routine tasks, ensuring that everything we do at least once a month is streamlined.

• We seek individuals who are ready to engage actively in their work. This is not a strategic role!

• Ideally, you have a passion for AI tools.

• You are enthusiastic about mental health and a healthy lifestyle in general.

• You possess a strong interest in processes, KPIs, and A/B testing.

• You have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
