Project Manager – Miltech Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Enhancement of theoretical and practical course assignments, taking into account personal professional experience in the field.

• Development of practical tasks linked to specific functional objectives.

• Conducting real-time Q&A sessions based on questions submitted by students in advance via a form.

• Identifying gaps in theory and communicating this information to the curriculum development team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in project or product management within defense technologies: drones, electronic warfare, reconnaissance, surveillance, and reconnaissance, or command and control systems.

• Hands-on knowledge of public procurement: government tenders, procurement regulations, and certification requirements.

• Experience working in fast-paced environments with "frontline feedback - product updates" cycles rather than quarterly roadmaps.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams encompassing hardware, software, and operational activities.

• Experience in the Armed Forces of Ukraine or strong working relationships with military units is an additional advantage.

• Experience working on defense projects funded by grants or supported by organizations such as NATO, DIU, and similar entities is a plus.

• Presenting at Miltech conferences or within the Brave1 ecosystem is an additional advantage.
