Project Manager, Level 1 – Early Career

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a range of straightforward customer implementation projects and assist in the development of project plans.

• Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure service delivery meets quality and timeliness expectations.

• Produce meeting notes, schedules, and documentation; actively seek clarification when necessary.

• Foster strong relationships with customers and internal teams; accurately document decisions and effectively route inquiries.

• Keep project status updated in RocketLane and ensure precise delivery health reporting.

• Identify risks early, suggest mitigation strategies, and escalate any blockers within a 24-hour timeframe.

• Acquire knowledge of core PMO standards.

• Engage in governance activities and implement PMO governance standards for each project.

• Enhance the customer experience through transparent communication, managing expectations, and prompt responses.

• Quickly learn OSV platforms, delivery processes, and new tools; utilize them effectively.

• Assist other project managers and the PMO team with administrative tasks.

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• 0–3 years of experience in project management or program coordination is required.

• Willingness to learn new technologies is essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are necessary.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities effectively.

• Demonstrates ownership of outcomes and consistently follows through on commitments.

• Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

• Proficient communication skills across all channels.

• Familiarity with Excel, project tracking tools, and collaboration software is required.
