Project Manager – LATAM, Caribbean

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and communication with clients.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring organization and follow-up.

• Utilize HubSpot to facilitate project execution, workflows, tracking, and client requirements.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track.

• Proactively identify any risks, delays, or gaps and communicate updates effectively.

• Assist with evolving client initiatives, including potential tasks related to AEO, or Answer Engine Optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience with HubSpot is essential; candidates must have utilized HubSpot specifically, not just general CRM systems.

• At least 3 years of involvement in HubSpot projects.

• Experience in project management coordinating clients, timelines, and deliverables.

• An advanced level of English is required, as this role involves client interaction.

• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to handle several projects at the same time.

• Must be proactive, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with varying workloads.

• Familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) is a plus.

• HubSpot certifications are advantageous.

• Basic understanding of Schema Markup is beneficial.

• Experience in supporting marketing, sales, or operational projects within an agency or consulting setting is favorable.
