This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the complete delivery process of donor-funded programs.
• Direct financial monitoring, forecasting, and reporting in accordance with donor specifications.
• Supervise technical reporting and deliverables for clients and partners.
• Collaborate with in-country teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to donor regulations and internal procedures.
• Assist with program adaptation in complex and changing environments.
• Contribute to the expansion of projects and the growth of the portfolio.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management, specifically in:
• International development.
• Governance, peacebuilding, security, or stabilization programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing programs funded by bilateral or multilateral donors, including:
• FCDO, EU, UN agencies, World Bank, and the US Government.
• Direct experience in managing financial and technical reporting to donors.
• Experience in or supporting programs in fragile and conflict-affected settings (FCAS).
• Strong management abilities throughout the project lifecycle, which includes:
• Deployment planning.
• Team coordination and management.
• Budget management.
• Risk management.
• Stakeholder coordination.
• Monitoring, Reporting, Evaluation, and Learning.
• Experience in contributing to business development through the expansion of current projects and the crafting of proposals for new opportunities.
