Project Manager – Insurance/Insurtech Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee technology and business-oriented projects from inception to completion, including discovery, scoping, and delivery.

• Collaborate across various internal teams, clients, and partners.

• Develop project charters and RACI matrices.

• Conduct steering meetings and daily stand-ups.

• Monitor risks and critical paths.

• Provide progress reports to stakeholders.

• Handle multiple projects concurrently in fast-paced, cross-country settings.

• Be open to occasional short-term travel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

• 4–5 years of experience in Project Management or as a Scrum Master.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering client-centric solutions within the insurance, telecommunications, banking, or mobility sectors, particularly in digital or retail environments.

• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.

• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is essential.

• Knowledge of Spanish, German, or French is a plus.

• Preferred formal Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.

• Familiarity with Agile project management and development methodologies is preferred.

• A technical development background or the ability to understand and convey technical concepts is advantageous.

• Experience in balancing hands-on problem-solving with team coordination is preferred.
