Project Manager, Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and enhance our cross-border payments solution across the US, LATAM, and other significant markets.

• Work in partnership with engineering, product, and compliance teams to create scalable and secure payment processes.

• Integrate and oversee payment rails including ACH, SEPA, Visa Direct, RTP, and local payment systems.

• Make informed product decisions based on market insights, regulatory requirements, and feedback from partners.

• Serve as the subject matter expert regarding regional payment ecosystems and the needs of customers.

• Lead Client and Partner Implementations, ensuring setup and configurations are completed successfully.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in the US or LATAM, with fluency in both English and Spanish.

• Over 3 years of project management experience within the fintech or payments sector.

• Strong expertise in Visa, ACH, SEPA, and various regional payment networks.

• Knowledge of payment messaging standards, including ISO 20022 and SWIFT formats.

• Experience in cross-border payments, remittances, or money movement platforms is advantageous.

• Hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable working within a startup environment.

• Familiarity with Technical Integrations and APIs.

• Self-driven, collaborative, and capable of working independently as well as within multifunctional teams.

• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
