This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage a portfolio of clinical trials within the Medical Imaging and Cardiac Safety Solutions team.
• Oversee customer communication, routine teleconferences, reporting deliverables, project timelines, and provide customer support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal resources and teams to ensure timely delivery of quality project outputs.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and regulatory standards.
• Create project plans and timelines during internal and external kickoff meetings.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for Investigator Meetings and customer-facing gatherings.
• Accurately complete revenue forecasting, invoicing, tracking, and submission in a timely manner.
• Revise budgets and contracts while obtaining management approvals for any change requests.
• Produce and manage patient and site tracking reports using MS Excel and study databases.
• Address site queries, process incoming data submissions, and resolve data-related issues.
• Present updates both internally and externally concerning the project portfolio.
• Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Engage in internal document creation, guidance, training material development, SOPs, and customer audit activities.
• Supervise Site Management and Reader Management functions.
• Achieve or surpass internal Project Management metrics.
• Travel with the Business Development team for client meetings as required.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Life Sciences or a related field, or equivalent education/work experience.
• At least three years of experience in a customer-oriented position.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a project management role within the clinical trial sector is preferred.
• Experience in Imaging or Cardiac fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in English is essential for business communications.
• A work history where English was the primary language is required.
• Willingness to travel, potentially up to 20% of the time.
