This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Oversee multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
• Manage the scope, scheduling, budgeting, resources, and risks of projects.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to establish project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, financial forecasts, and status reports.
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Communicate project status, key decisions, and escalations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate testing, implementation, and readiness activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and organizational practices.
• Lead initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, customer experience, and business outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• A High School diploma is required.
• At least 6 years of progressive project management experience in leading business and technology initiatives.
• Experience in planning and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with various stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and communication plans.
• Experience in facilitating project teams within a matrixed organizational structure.
• Background in leading business process improvements, technology implementations, or operational transformation initiatives.
• Experience in the retirement plan or financial services sector is preferred.
• Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, Scrum, or related fields are preferred.
• Experience utilizing artificial intelligence tools to enhance project planning, communication, and delivery outcomes.
• Must pass a criminal background check and meet employment, education, and licensing verification requirements.
