Project Manager III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead strategic, multi-phase initiatives that encompass infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, data center migrations, and enterprise hosting.

• Oversee program-level planning, execution, and governance across various workstreams and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with leadership, architecture, engineering, and operations teams to achieve critical business outcomes.

• Manage high-complexity projects that have a broad scope, significant risk exposure, and cross-functional dependencies.

• Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards, program roadmaps, and strategies for risk mitigation.

• Ensure adherence to enterprise governance, security, and regulatory standards.

• Facilitate communications at the Senior Leadership Team level, provide updates to steering committees, and handle executive escalations.

• Advocate for continuous improvement, agile adoption, and delivery excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

• Mentor and guide junior project managers.

• Lead enterprise-level, customer-facing infrastructure delivery programs with contractual, SLA, and financial responsibility.

• Ensure timely and predictable delivery of complex infrastructure implementations while promoting continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in project/program management, ideally within IT infrastructure or cloud environments.

• Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-scale programs with a global impact.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Willingness to work shifts as required by project demands.

• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent certification is mandatory.

• Advanced knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project/program management methodologies.

• Proficiency in project and program management, resource planning, and financial tracking.

• Skilled in MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, JIRA, ServiceNow, and Power BI.

• Strong analytical capabilities for evaluating project health, forecasting risks, and making data-driven decisions.

• Ability to influence both technical and non-technical teams, including C-level stakeholders.

• In-depth understanding of cloud computing, networking and security, virtualization and storage, Windows/Linux operating systems, databases, and backup solutions.
