This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
β’ Oversee technical project and program management within pharmaceutical distribution technology initiatives.
β’ Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, financial aspects, stakeholder expectations, and reporting.
β’ Keep project plans, milestone trackers, and risk registers up to date.
β’ Communicate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to collect information and verify progress.
β’ Organize project meetings, create status reports, and follow up on action items.
β’ Implement project management methodologies and agile frameworks to facilitate sprint planning, backlog management, and program coordination.
β’ Suggest minor enhancements to project documentation practices and coordination workflows.
β’ A bachelorβs degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related area, or equivalent experience is required.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, program coordination, technical project management, or a similar field is necessary.
β’ Certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or an equivalent is preferred.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Capability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment.
β’ Ability to initiate process improvements when needed.
