Project Manager II – Inflammation, Phase 2b

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee regional aspects of a large and intricate clinical trial focused on the inflammation therapeutic area.

• Take initiative in driving study activities with limited supervision.

• Manage cross-functional timelines and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.

• Actively identify operational risks, escalate issues as necessary, and implement effective solutions.

• Assist in study logistics and operational planning to meet program milestones.

• Lead vendor management efforts and maintain close oversight of external partners.

• Create and coordinate the review of essential study documents, including protocols, informed consents, monitoring plans, investigator brochures, and clinical study reports.

• Keep track of study timelines and support budget-related activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical project management experience in clinical research.

• Proven experience supporting complex Phase 2b clinical trials within the inflammation therapeutic area.

• Strong expertise in vendor management and oversight.

• A demonstrated understanding of the complete clinical trial lifecycle from initiation to closeout.

• Experience in managing cross-functional clinical trial activities in a matrixed organizational structure.

• Capability to independently prioritize tasks and handle operational challenges with minimal oversight.
