Marketing Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Assist in coordinating the delivery of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email marketing, TikTok Shop initiatives, and Creative production.

• Conduct or support internal morning team meetings.

• Ensure tasks are assigned clearly and monitored effectively.

• Track priorities and deadlines for various accounts.

• Help sustain operational structure as the business expands.

• Participate in client calls alongside the founder.

• Aid in reporting and follow-up tasks.

• Gradually assume greater responsibility in low-risk client interactions over time.

• Contribute to maintaining the agency’s high-trust, relationship-focused approach.

• Comprehend how ecommerce funnels function across paid media, creative, landing pages, email, and conversion flows.

• Assist the founder in identifying account issues and execution gaps.

• Help ensure that campaigns, assets, and deliverables are correctly aligned.

• Enhance internal structure and communication.

• Assist in documenting workflows and processes over time.

• Ensure the team operates efficiently as the agency grows.

• Coordinate with editors, designers, and content teams.

• Review outputs to ensure alignment with briefs.

• Help maintain quality control across campaigns.

• Be ready to contribute hands-on when necessary: simple ad creation, copy modifications, basic campaign support, and creative iterations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, social media, paid media, or marketing operations.

• Experience in ecommerce or agency settings is preferred.

• Ambitious and focused on growth.

• Passionate about ecommerce and marketing.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Confidence in coordinating people and tasks.
