• Expertise in Portfolio Strategy and Governance.

• Proficient in Strategic Roadmap Management: Ensure alignment of product and technology programs with the company's OKRs.

• Skilled in Schedule and Dependency Governance: Identify and mitigate risks and bottlenecks in intricate structures.

• Ability to ensure Strategic Alignment: Oversee boards to guarantee that strategy is effectively translated into technical execution.

• Experience in Stakeholder Management: Provide executive reporting on status, risks, impediments, and delivery milestones.

• Commitment to Operational Excellence and Metrics.

• Knowledge in Performance Management: Analyze Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and CFD to optimize process flow.

• Familiarity with Tactical PDCA: Implement continuous improvement cycles informed by efficiency and effectiveness data.

• Understanding of Agility and Process Quality.

• Competence in Scaled Ceremony Facilitation: Conduct Kickoffs, PI pre-work (SAFe), Discovery, and Delivery syncs.

• Expertise in Agile Maturity: Perform assessments (Maturity Radar) and develop progressive action plans based on findings.

• Assurance of Working Methods: Ensure teams adhere to the work methods and frameworks that have been defined and aligned by the Bank.
