• Oversee a substantial, multifaceted project/account/campaign or multiple projects concurrently
• Supervise a Project Manager and/or Associate Project Manager and/or a team of Project Managers
• Collaborate with all agency teams to create effective project and staffing plans
• Anticipate future work and allocate resources accordingly
• Act as a liaison and communication hub among all agency team members and agency partners
• Ensure accurate forecasting for all projects associated with assigned account(s)
• Manage the workflow of all projects on assigned accounts
• Develop timelines and provide estimates; ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget; highlight timing and budget issues
• Maintain open communication with all departments, offering continuous status updates
• Evaluate and propose process enhancements to improve efficiency
• Bachelor’s Degree is required
• Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions is REQUIRED
• A minimum of 5 years of project or account management experience in a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency (REQUIRED)
• Proficiency in timeline development and budget management is required
• Must be self-driven, professional, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a positive demeanor
• Experience with PC and the MS Office Suite is required
