This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main liaison during the client implementation lifecycle.
• Oversee, coordinate, and execute various project implementation initiatives through structured phases.
• Manage client expectations concerning implementation choices, product capabilities, and constraints.
• Organize and lead client kick-off meetings.
• Set up regular internal and external project management meeting schedules, cadences, and priorities.
• Supervise, coordinate, and arrange for staff and contractors throughout different project stages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes.
• Handle internal and external project status reporting and escalations.
• Create and maintain project documentation and track project history.
• Conduct evaluations post-project to identify factors influencing the achievement of project goals.
• Execute additional tasks that support the overall objectives of the role.
• Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education and experience that provides the necessary qualifications.
• Over 7 years of relevant experience in project management.
• More than 7 years of experience with client onboarding in a healthcare setting.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory position.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is mandatory.
• Technical knowledge of product solutions related to system implementation tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Project or comparable project management software.
• Strong skills in communication, collaboration, organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, project management, and time management.
• Capable of completing projects under tight deadlines and time constraints.
• Ability to manage escalated customer issues effectively.
• Proficient in handling multiple projects and clients with differing priorities and implementation expectations.
• Skilled in developing reports to measure the success of project implementations.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and multitasking while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
