Project Manager – Hematology/Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, encompassing timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate efforts to achieve project goals.

• Foster effective communication and collaboration among project teams.

• Track project progress and identify potential risks and challenges.

• Implement strategies to tackle obstacles and ensure projects remain on schedule.

• Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide timely updates.

• Ensure alignment with project objectives and organizational goals.

• Prepare and deliver project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

• Coordinate project and program management delivery, resolve issues, and enhance team capabilities.

• Lead project delivery for major pharmaceutical clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred.

• Significant experience in project management and team leadership.

• Demonstrable success in managing projects from initiation to completion within defined scope, timeline, and budget constraints.

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

• Capability to manage project teams and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.

• Commitment to achieving project goals and fostering continuous improvement.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working for a CRO supporting Oncology/Hematology clinical trials.

• Radioligand experience is highly preferred.

• Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 30% of the time.

• Legal eligibility to work in the country where the position is based.
