This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more states.
• Prioritize agendas for the Senior Leadership Team, Operations Committee, and Portfolio Committee.
• Develop and uphold charters, decision rights, membership, operational models, meeting schedules, and calendars.
• Prepare impactful pre-work and pre-reads.
• Collaborate with decision owners to outline topics, decisions, advice, and anticipated outcomes.
• Lead meetings to achieve clear decisions, assign owners, establish deadlines, and define next steps.
• Distribute agendas, decisions, and action items while monitoring follow-through to ensure completion.
• Link the three governance forums with additional forums such as SMC, DMC, and GPC.
• Establish and adjust an annual strategic plan across the three forums.
• Assist members and teams in utilizing AI, digital tools, and agile/scrum methodologies.
• Enhance decision-making and structuring capabilities throughout the organization.
• Extensive project/program management experience, preferably in support of executive or governance forums.
• Strong prioritization skills regarding decisions made at the senior leadership level.
• Proficient facilitation and meeting design abilities.
• Capability to engage effectively across all sections of the organization.
• Exceptional written communication skills for pre-reads, agendas, and decision summaries.
• Ability to manage the flow of information, ensure follow-through, and maintain accountability among multiple stakeholders.
• Comfort with applying agile/scrum methodologies within a leadership-governance setting.
• Fluency or a strong enthusiasm for technology and AI tools.
• High level of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential, high-stakes information.
• A mindset oriented towards coaching and capability development.
• An advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a health-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in drug development/commercialization within relevant disease areas.
• At least 5 years of Program Management experience in a Pharmaceutical or Biotech setting, preferably with cross-cultural exposure.
• Residency in Ghent, Belgium, or Boston, Massachusetts is required.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
