
Project Manager – Global Clinical Supplies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee the complete supply chain process for clinical trials.
• Ensure the prompt and effective distribution of trial materials.
• Maintain optimal levels of inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the successful execution of clinical studies.
• Create study-specific plans for each assigned project.
• Meet with internal teams to align efforts, provide recommendations and identify risks, as well as update project reports and spreadsheets.
• Integrate all clinical supplies activities into the supply chain to support the project logistics strategy and adherence to GxP requirements.
• Engage in ongoing training regarding new regulations.
• Represent the department in internal and external meetings, strategic projects, and initiatives as required by the business.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Take part in initiatives aimed at process improvement.
• Utilize existing tools while consistently seeking opportunities for enhancement.
• May engage in bidding and/or bid defense opportunities and act as the client contact for supply chain inquiries and concerns.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
• Prior experience that equips the individual with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the job (approximately 5+ years).
• Experience in the CRO industry is mandatory.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem-solving, urgency, and decision-making skills.
• Effective leadership and team-building abilities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• A keen focus on customer service and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
• Good understanding of clinical supply operations.
• Strong skills in client relationship building and third-party management.
