This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive customer project implementations from the initial kick-off to the final go-live stage.

• Ensure consistent delivery aligned with project scope, timeline, and budgetary constraints.

• Conduct solution design workshops to translate client business needs into customized software solutions.

• Assist enterprise customers with change management, user training, and ongoing support after implementation.

• Ensure a smooth transition for customers to the Customer Care team.

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Business Consulting, Product Management, and Technical Delivery teams.

• Monitor project performance and manage associated budgets effectively.

• Identify and leverage opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains.

• Lead digital transformation initiatives and optimize supply chain operations for enterprise clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in managing customer-facing software or IT implementation projects from inception to go-live.

• Strong project management skills with a focus on scope, timeline, and budget management.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and risk management abilities across both internal and external teams.

• Professional proficiency in English and German.

• Knowledge of French or additional European languages is a plus.

• Experience or familiarity with logistics, transportation management, or supply chain SaaS solutions is advantageous.

• Practical experience with formal project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 is considered a bonus.
