Project Manager – Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Offer project management assistance for enterprise data-driven initiatives

• Organize and monitor project activities, milestones, risks, and dependencies

• Aid in user adoption and change management strategies for new processes and reporting solutions

• Oversee report migration projects and track progress relative to timelines

• Keep project documentation, status updates, meeting notes, and action items up to date

• Foster cross-functional communication between business and technical stakeholders

• Help resolve issues and mitigate risks as needed

• Support Agile project delivery methodologies and ceremonies when required

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in supporting data-centric programs, reporting initiatives, or analytics projects

• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities

• Proven experience in tracking project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management best practices

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities

• Preferred: Experience in supporting enterprise data, reporting, or business intelligence programs

• Preferred: Prior experience with user adoption or organizational change projects

• Preferred: Background working within a PMO or large enterprise setting
