This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Collaborate with upper management and stakeholders to formulate and implement strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Create new and enhanced processes that are in line with the overall direction of the enterprise.
• Oversee project resources, constraints, and objectives to ensure the production of high-quality deliverables.
• Act as a resource and mentor, assisting team members by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency.
• Relay pertinent project information to all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
• Comply with the Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP), ensuring adherence to all regulatory agency requirements.
• A Bachelor’s degree or a comparable mix of education, training, and experience in a relevant field (4 years).
• PMP or CAPM certification is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Strong capabilities in problem-solving and project management.
• Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with various project delivery methodologies; able to select and employ suitable models for data capture, analysis, and reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control.
• Strong judgment and creative problem-solving abilities, including skills in negotiation and conflict resolution.
