Project Manager – Digital Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Plan, oversee, and evaluate project execution to guarantee timely delivery within budget constraints.

• Facilitate comprehensive project lifecycle management utilizing suitable delivery methodologies and industry best practices.

• Spearhead cross-functional transformation projects that engage multiple business units and internal teams.

• Align both business and technology stakeholders around the project's objectives, priorities, and anticipated outcomes.

• Identify areas for enhancing processes, automation, and improving operational efficiency.

• Advocate for and assist in the integration of AI-driven strategies within project delivery and workflows.

• Conduct risk assessments and proactively manage delivery risks and dependencies.

• Track project KPIs and implement corrective measures as necessary.

• Ensure clear communication and organized project documentation.

• Coordinate and support delivery teams, including their onboarding and professional development activities.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of delivery processes and project management methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in project management experience.

• Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional or transformation initiatives.

• Experience in enterprise environments with diverse stakeholders and concurrent projects.

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.

• Experience in collaborating with technical teams and overseeing IT-related projects.

• Familiarity with modern technologies, integrations, and automation methods.

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Strong capabilities in risk management and decision-making.

• Awareness of AI potentials and a readiness to incorporate AI into workflows.

• Intermediate English proficiency or higher.

• Experience in enterprise digital transformation initiatives is a plus.

• Experience in implementing automation or AI-enhanced business solutions is a plus.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar certifications are advantageous.

• Experience with process improvement methodologies would be beneficial.
