Project Manager – Data Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, linguists, and localization experts to create effective and scalable workflows.

• Manage distributed, multilingual teams by delegating tasks, tracking progress, and addressing project risks.

• Guarantee high data quality through the establishment of quality control measures and feedback mechanisms.

• Utilize both internal and external tools to oversee data workflows and evaluate project performance.

• Maintain relationships with clients, define project requirements, prepare reports, and provide consistent updates and recommendations.

• Promote a positive and cooperative team environment, encouraging responsibility and continuous professional growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in data project management or a similar field.

• Demonstrated experience in managing multilingual teams and engaging with culturally diverse stakeholders.

• Familiarity with data annotation tools and NLP/AI platforms.

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with the capacity to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (knowledge of additional languages is advantageous).

• Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
