Project Manager – CXAI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones for digital transformation projects.

• Oversee the complete implementation of technology solutions and digital platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional resources to guarantee successful and efficient project execution.

• Monitor and manage project budgets within the designated limits.

• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to evolving scenarios and environments by utilizing suitable project management frameworks tailored to the customer and product.

• Spearhead the rollout of digital solutions across designated accounts and coordinate technical integrations with IT teams and vendors (Fuel iX and Voice AI tools such as Sanas).

• Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of implementations.

• Track and report on implementation progress and performance metrics.

• Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders across diverse locations (Including Guatemala, the US, CA, Brazil, Europe, South Africa, and Morocco).

• Collaborate with client teams for customization requirements and needs.

• Work closely with IT, Product, and Operations teams.

• Assist in preparing status updates for RVPs and leadership.

• Provide timely, customized communication for various audiences: engineering teams, product managers, and C-level executives.

• Identify and monitor project risks and issues.

• Develop and execute mitigation strategies.

• Manage project health metrics and status reporting.

• Coordinate the resolution of technical and operational challenges.

• Track and report on project KPIs and success metrics.

• Monitor user adoption rates and the effectiveness of implementations.

• Document project progress, challenges, and achievements.

• Prepare regular status reports and updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the software development sector as a project/program leader.

• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential for effective collaboration with our global teams and stakeholders.

• Consistently rated among the top performers for annual delivery, stakeholder management, and budget execution.

• Proven empathy, experience, and confidence in managing digital transformation or technology implementation projects with intricate scopes and multiple executive stakeholders.

• Experience in managing projects, offering feedback, and leading multidisciplinary teams.

• Familiarity with enterprise project management and AI tools such as: Monday.com, Google Workspace, Anthropic/Claude, Gemini Enterprise, etc.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Established history of successful project delivery with experience in Agile methodologies.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Relevant certifications such as CSM, CSPO, PMP, SA, SPC, etc.
