This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of planning, executing, and delivering assigned projects from initiation to completion.

• Oversee project initiation tasks, which include scope analysis, contract establishment, scheduling, and execution strategy.

• Manage daily operations in collaboration with field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

• Ensure compliance with contract stipulations, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks.

• Address execution challenges and constraints while escalating significant risks.

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.

• Monitor labor, materials, subcontractor expenses, and the overall financial health of the project.

• Recognize changes in scope and prepare corresponding change order documentation.

• Assist in the negotiation of change orders and contract modifications.

• Create and uphold project schedules and track milestones.

• Supervise progress and implement recovery strategies as necessary.

• Identify potential project risks and formulate mitigation strategies.

• Coordinate schedule, workforce, and work sequencing with field leadership.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients.

• Conduct project meetings with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Relay project updates, risks, and mitigation strategies effectively.

• Foster stakeholder relationships to ensure long-term client satisfaction.

• Complete assigned tasks and deliverables punctually with a keen eye for detail.


⛳️ Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in project management roles within construction, mission-critical, or intricate technical environments.

• Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to closeout.

• Solid understanding of construction workflows, scheduling, and financial management.

• Experience working in coordination with field leadership, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, change orders, and project financials effectively.

• Skill in interpreting contracts, drawings, schedules, and technical documents.

• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with project management software such as Procore, MS Project, BIM 360, or similar tools.

• Strong organizational skills, decision-making capabilities, and accountability in fast-paced settings.

• Capability to remain stationary for extended periods while using a computer.

• Ability to navigate offices, job sites, and warehouse environments as necessary.

• Occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and the capability to rent vehicles.

• Willingness to travel approximately 20–25% for project meetings, site visits, and coordination activities.

• Domestic travel may be necessary.

• A valid REAL ID-compliant identification or passport is required for air travel.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• A combination of education and relevant project management experience may be considered.

• Experience in mission-critical, hyperscale, or technically complex environments is highly desirable.
