This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee the delivery of various projects and workstreams by managing integrated workplans, milestones, resource allocation, and daily execution.
• Handle client engagements from start to finish, encompassing scope, schedule, budget, and quality control.
• Offer expertise in industrial engineering and operations, which includes conducting time and motion studies, work measurement, sampling methods, cost-benefit analysis, and process re-engineering.
• Lead operational assessments and perform current-state diagnostics.
• Create and implement engineered labor/time standards (ELS/ETS).
• Propel initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity across labor efficiency, utilization, and performance management.
• Redesign operating models and business processes for improved efficiency.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to formulate productivity enhancement initiatives.
• Transform strategic insights and customer journey data into operational requirements and process modifications.
• Guarantee that deliverables are prepared for client presentation.
• Review and authorize all travel-related expenses.
• Mentor and develop project teams by providing appropriate guidance and support.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a consulting position applying Industrial Engineering principles.
• Familiarity with Engineering Labor Standards, workforce management (WFM), labor planning, productivity programs, or operational excellence.
• Proven track record of managing fixed-scope, time-sensitive projects and small delivery teams.
• Mastery of fundamental Industrial Engineering principles, including Labor Standards, MOST, and time studies.
• Understanding of change management principles, with the ability to influence the implementation of recommended solutions.
• Experience in executing end-to-end project solutions, which includes industry and customer research, strategy creation, project vision development, solution design and development meeting statements of work (SOW), and related change management practices.
• Must have access to reliable transportation and reside near a major US airport.
• 100% remote work opportunity, with the requirement to live near an airport.
• 60% travel required weekly.
