Project Manager, Connected Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer implementations from the initial kickoff to the go-live stage.

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and action items.

• Facilitate activities among Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Sales teams.

• Organize meetings and ensure projects remain on schedule.

• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.

• Coordinate customer onboarding, training sessions, integrations, and readiness for go-live.

• Keep project documentation up to date and provide regular status reports.

• Assist in the continuous enhancement of implementation processes and documentation.

• Manage customer communications throughout the implementation lifecycle, which includes project updates, training notifications, release announcements, and other communications directed at customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 3–5 years of experience in project management or implementation.

• Familiarity with implementing healthcare technology, SaaS, or digital health solutions.

• Experience working with healthcare organizations, such as health systems, provider groups, and health plans, is advantageous.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Smartsheet, and Asana.

• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
