This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Oversee customer implementations from the initial kickoff to the go-live stage.
β’ Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and action items.
β’ Facilitate activities among Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Sales teams.
β’ Organize meetings and ensure projects remain on schedule.
β’ Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
β’ Coordinate customer onboarding, training sessions, integrations, and readiness for go-live.
β’ Keep project documentation up to date and provide regular status reports.
β’ Assist in the continuous enhancement of implementation processes and documentation.
β’ Manage customer communications throughout the implementation lifecycle, which includes project updates, training notifications, release announcements, and other communications directed at customers.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
β’ 3β5 years of experience in project management or implementation.
β’ Familiarity with implementing healthcare technology, SaaS, or digital health solutions.
β’ Experience working with healthcare organizations, such as health systems, provider groups, and health plans, is advantageous.
β’ Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
β’ Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Smartsheet, and Asana.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 30%.
