📋 Description

• The Project Manager & Business Analyst will assist the client by integrating project delivery and business analysis functions throughout the complete project lifecycle. This position is accountable for managing projects from initiation to delivery and closure, while also gathering and documenting requirements, aiding in solution design, and ensuring project results align with business objectives, governance standards, and the company’s overarching strategic direction.

• PROJECT MANAGEMENT (60%)

• - Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation through delivery and closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance standards.

• - Facilitate coordination among various business units and technical teams to uphold clear communication, accountability, and timely achievement of project milestones.

• - Plan, monitor, and report on project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.

• - Manage conflicting priorities within a dynamic setting involving multiple ongoing and upcoming projects.

• - Implement and advocate for standardized project management frameworks and processes to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery outcomes.

• - Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior leadership, emphasizing key risks and mitigation strategies.

• BUSINESS ANALYSIS (40%)

• - Analyze the current and prospective business environment and systems landscape.

• - Collect and document business and client project requirements, capturing context, current state, desired outcomes, and objectives.

• - Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that are clear, unambiguous, and appropriate for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• - Present detailed requirements to stakeholders to secure consensus and buy-in.

• - Review and assess proposed solutions to ensure alignment with business and customer needs while identifying key risks.

• - Collaborate with Product teams to design and implement solutions in line with the Company’s data-driven strategy.

• - Evaluate and manage the effect of requirements on data systems and business processes.

• - Assist in development, systems testing, UAT, and implementation by working closely with solution partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• - Validate test case scenarios against BRDs and review test case results completed by UAT testers.

⛳️ Requirements

• - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, Business Analysis, or a related field.

• - Over 5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or similar project delivery environments, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.

• - Strong knowledge of project governance, planning, budgeting, risk management, and requirements gathering/documentation, including the preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

• - Experience in supporting solution design, systems testing, UAT, implementation activities, and evaluating impacts on business processes, systems, and data workflows.

• - Proficient in project management and business analysis tools and techniques, including process flowcharting and user stories.

• - Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to adapt in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and timelines.

• - Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner) and experience in insurance, financial services, or IT project delivery environments are highly desirable.
