This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assist in propelling business transformation and digitalization efforts within the insurance industry.
• Collect, analyze, and document both business and functional requirements.
• Organize workshops, stakeholder meetings, and sessions to gather requirements.
• Conduct As-Is / To-Be analyses to uncover opportunities for process enhancement.
• Perform gap analyses and formulate business recommendations.
• Create project documentation, reports, management presentations, and status updates.
• Coordinate activities among business, technology, and delivery teams.
• Support or lead project governance activities, which include planning, reporting, RAID management, and tracking dependencies.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical experts.
• Contribute to the successful execution of transformation, system implementation, and process optimization initiatives.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in the insurance industry or consulting for insurance clients.
• Experience in one or more of the following positions: Business Analyst, PMO Specialist, Consultant, Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager.
• Familiarity with at least one insurance domain, including: Underwriting, Claims Management, Policy Administration, Pricing, Distribution, Customer Service, or Back-Office Operations.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, workshop facilitation, and documentation.
• Exposure to projects involving transformation, digitalization, process improvement, or system implementation.
• 6+ years of professional experience in the insurance sector or consulting for insurance clients (for Senior Profile).
• Strong grasp of insurance operating models and comprehensive business processes.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering transformation, digitalization, operating model changes, or core system implementation programs (for Senior Profile).
• Experience leading workstreams, projects, PMO functions, or consulting engagements (for Senior Profile).
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including interaction with senior leadership and Steering Committees (SteerCo).
• Ability to independently drive project execution and serve as a trusted advisor to clients (for Senior Profile).
• Experience with project planning, governance, reporting, RAID management, budgeting, and dependency management.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, TIA, Salesforce Insurance/Vlocity, or other core insurance platforms (Nice to Have).
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum, SAFe, AgileBA, or equivalent (Nice to Have).
• Experience in Life Insurance and/or Non-Life Insurance (Nice to Have).
• Exposure to automation, AI-driven solutions, or process optimization initiatives (Nice to Have).
• English – B2/C1 level.
• German – fluent (C1 preferred).
